HGL Motors - Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
The ordering of goods from this website indicates that you are in agreement with them.

Prices.
Prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

If you wish to have the injectors returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery then please indicate this when ordering.
An additional charge of £6.46 will be added for this service. It is recommended that this service is used as it provides both additional security and compensation in the event of loss.

Payments.
You can pay for the cleaning by Visa, MasterCard by:
(a) Telephoning us on the number shown on the Contact page, prior to sending the injectors to us.
(b) Including a Cheque or Postal Order when sending the injectors to us.
(c) Pay online by Credit Card. (Cards are not debited until we receive the injectors).
We currently charge Credit/Debit card accounts just prior to the injector return.

Delivery.
We will endeavour to return your injectors within 24 hours of us receiving them (Monday - Friday). We will make every effort to return your injectors within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. We cannot be held responsible for losses outside of our control. For this reason we always recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting / Signed for on Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery when sending the injectors to us.
If you do not received them back within 7 days please contact us by telephone or e-mail.

Complaints.
Please contact HGL Motors on Tel: 01482 445566   (Monday - Friday.   9-30am - 3pm) or by email, stating clearly the nature of your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two working days. We would hope to resolve your complaint within five working days. If we find that you have a valid complaint we will endeavour to reach an amicable settlement. If we find that your complaint is not valid you will be contacted stating the reasons for our findings.

If you are still unhappy with the outcome at this stage you have the right to take your case to a suitable arbitration service.
